The average client will request a Blower Door Test to determine air leaks, at which point a plan is developed to target the most appropriate areas for improvement. The following list represents additional services Brian can provide for a client: Comprehensive Energy Audits; including Blower Door & Duct Blaster testing, Infrared Camera, and Carbon Monoxide Tester. Analysis of utility bills to determine seasonal and base loads for strategic targeting. Recommendations to reduce energy consumption and increase comfort. Performance of work to air seal and insulate including: caulk, spray foam, fiberglass batting, weather stripping doors and windows, and various other techniques. Education in general building science and occupant use to save energy.
